'Twas the night before Christmas
And what do I hear?
The Elderberries had to cancel
Their concerts this year!

We were all tuned up
With many a carol,
But Covid, then the weather
Had us over a barrel.

Then we thought
"Isn't January kind of blah!
Singing Christmas in December
Isn't A LAW!

So with a nod and a twinkle
We already knew.
A concert in January
Is what we will do.

So after the feastin'
And mistletoe kissin'
We'll start a new
Christmas Concert Tradition.
